The violin lies at the heart of much Western Classical music, with its prominent place in ensembles and orchestras, but it is also well-known for its role in folk music. Its solo repertoire covers four centuries, arguably including some of the greatest music ever written. From complete beginners to advanced players, both children and adults, for personal improvement or to prepare for an exam, concert or audition, we offer tailored lessons to suit you. We cover ABRSM and London Trinity Graded examinations and can prepare our students for auditions for youth orchestras, universities and music colleges.
